MyTravelRoute
is a free online travel platform that helps travellers discover and access the
best travel packages, transportation options (flights, buses, and trains), and
hotel accommodations through curated affiliate links to our trusted travel
partner websites.

registering, searching, clicking affiliate links, or interacting with our
Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy at

Our Platform
provides the following Services:

MyTravelRoute is a travel affiliate platform. We do NOT directly process travel
bookings or accept payments. When you click a travel deal, package link, or
booking button on our Platform, you are redirected to the travel partner's
website where the booking and payment are completed entirely under the
partner's terms and privacy policy. MyTravelRoute earns a referral commission
when a qualifying booking is completed through our affiliate links.
By using
MyTravelRoute in any manner — including browsing travel packages, using our
search tools, creating an account, clicking affiliate links, reading our blog,
or submitting a contact form — you agree to be legally bound by:

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

Not have previously been
suspended or removed from MyTravelRoute
for violations of these Terms.
By using the
Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use our Platform.
To access
certain features of our Platform, you must create a MyTravelRoute account. When
registering, you will provide your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and
Password. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and
complete, and you will keep it updated.
You are solely
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login
credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not
share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to
your account, you must notify us immediately at info@mytravelroute.com.
MyTravelRoute is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to
keep your credentials secure.
Each user may
maintain only one active MyTravelRoute account. Creating multiple accounts —
whether to evade a suspension, gain additional access, or for any other purpose
— is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent termination of all
associated accounts.
You may request
deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@mytravelroute.com
with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Upon confirmation,
your account will be processed for deletion within 30 days, in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and applicable law.
MyTravelRoute
reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account
at its sole discretion — without prior notice — if we determine that the user
has:

Violated these Terms or
our Privacy Policy.
•
Engaged in fraudulent,
abusive, or illegal activity.
•
Misused our affiliate
links through bot clicks, fraudulent
transactions, or any form of affiliate fraud.

Provided false or
misleading information during
registration.
•
Required by applicable
law or a court order.
If your account
is terminated for violations, you are prohibited from re-registering on
MyTravelRoute under any name without our express written permission.
MyTravelRoute
is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Platform
and its content — including all travel package listings, destination articles,
blog posts, photographs, graphics, videos, search interface design, source
code, databases, and the MyTravelRoute name and logo (collectively, the
"Content"). All Content is protected under Indian and international
copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws.
Subject to
these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
licence to access and use our Platform and Content solely for your personal,
non-commercial use — that is, to browse and discover travel deals and packages
for your own travel planning.
Without our
express prior written permission, you may NOT:

Copy, reproduce,
republish, scrape, download, or redistribute any Content from MyTravelRoute for commercial purposes.
•
Modify, adapt, or create
derivative works from our package
listings, blog posts, graphics, or design elements.
•
Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or
application.
•
Use automated tools — including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data mining
software — to extract package listings, prices, route data, or any other
information from our Platform without our written permission.
•
Remove, alter, or
obscure any copyright notice, watermark,
or attribution on our Content.
•
Use the MyTravelRoute
name, logo, or brand in any way that
implies endorsement or affiliation without our written consent.
•
Build a competing
platform using data, listings, or
content sourced from MyTravelRoute.
Brand names,
logos, and trademarks of travel partners featured on MyTravelRoute (such as
airline names, hotel brands, bus operators, and booking platforms) belong to
their respective owners. Their appearance on our Platform does not imply
endorsement of MyTravelRoute by those companies.
By sending us
any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other submissions, you agree to assign to
us all intellectual property rights in such submission. We may use these freely
without acknowledgement or compensation to you. You are responsible for
ensuring your submissions do not violate any third-party rights.
MyTravelRoute
curates and presents travel packages, flight deals, hotel offers, bus routes,
and train options from publicly available sources, brand partnerships, and
affiliate networks. We strive to ensure all listings are accurate and current
at the time of publication. However, the travel industry is highly dynamic —
prices, availability, and offer terms change constantly and without advance
notice.
MyTravelRoute
cannot guarantee that any package, deal, price, or availability shown on our
Platform will:

Be the same when you arrive at the partner's website.
•
Remain available at the time of your booking.
•
Apply to all travel
dates, destinations, passenger types, or
booking conditions.
•
Result in any specific
saving compared to other booking
methods.
⚠ Always verify current

before making any booking decision. Prices and availability on the partner's
website are the definitive, binding prices — not the indicative prices
displayed on MyTravelRoute.
MyTravelRoute
does not accept bookings or payments. When you click a "Book Now,"
"View Deal," or similar button on our Platform, you are redirected to
the travel partner's website where you complete your booking and payment. The
booking contract is between you and the travel partner — not between you and
MyTravelRoute.
There may be
information on MyTravelRoute that contains typographical errors, price
inaccuracies, outdated availability information, or omissions. We reserve the
right to correct any such errors and to update or remove information at any
time, without prior notice.
Some packages
on MyTravelRoute may be labelled as "MyTravelRoute Exclusive" or
"Partner Deal." These are negotiated directly with our travel brand
partners and may carry specific terms, limited availability, or expiry dates.
These deals are subject to partner approval and may be withdrawn at any time
without prior notice.
MyTravelRoute
operates as an affiliate marketing platform. When you click a deal link,
package button, or booking link on our Platform and complete a qualifying
booking on a travel partner's website, MyTravelRoute may earn a referral
commission from that partner. This commission is paid entirely by the travel
partner — it does not increase the price you pay.
The price you
pay on the travel partner's website is exactly the same whether you arrived
through MyTravelRoute or by going to the partner's site directly. Our
commission is a marketing fee paid by the partner from their own revenue.
MyTravelRoute
maintains affiliate relationships with a wide range of travel industry
partners, which may include (but are not limited to):

Hotel and accommodation
platforms — major hotel aggregators and
direct hotel booking sites.

When you click
an affiliate link on MyTravelRoute, a tracking cookie or affiliate parameter is
placed to record that you came from our Platform. This enables our affiliate
partners to attribute any qualifying booking to MyTravelRoute for commission
purposes. This tracking does not collect your personal booking details or
payment information.
⚠ MyTravelRoute does NOT
process, manage, store, or have any access to your booking details, passenger
information, or payment data. All booking transactions are completed entirely
on the travel partner's website, under the partner's own Terms & Conditions
and Privacy Policy. All disputes, cancellations, refund requests, and
booking-related complaints must be directed to the travel partner with whom you
completed your booking.
Our affiliate
commission relationships do not determine which travel packages, deals, or
partners we feature on our Platform. We present travel options based on their
relevance and value to our users, not based on commission rates. Our editorial
content and listing decisions remain independent of commercial considerations.
MyTravelRoute
publishes a travel blog at https://www.mytravelroute.com/blogs featuring
destination guides, travel inspiration, travel tips, and informational articles
about travel destinations, activities, and experiences.
All content
published on our blog and throughout our Platform is provided for general
informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute and
should not be relied upon as:

Financial advice — price comparisons are illustrative only; always verify
current prices.

scripts, or crawlers without our prior written permission.

Reproduce or republish our deal listings, package descriptions, or blog content
on any other platform without attribution and our express written consent.

Use MyTravelRoute's data
to build or power a competing travel
platform.
•
Upload or transmit
malware, viruses, Trojan horses,
ransomware, or any other harmful code to or through our Platform.
•
Attempt to hack,
reverse-engineer, or bypass any security
feature, firewall, or access control of MyTravelRoute.
•
Impersonate
MyTravelRoute, our team, or any other
person or entity.
•
Create multiple accounts
to evade suspension or gain additional
access.
•
Use MyTravelRoute for
any unlawful purpose or in violation of
applicable Indian or international law.
•
Abuse our affiliate
links through fraudulent clicks, bots,
or any other form of affiliate fraud.
•
Misrepresent your
affiliation with any person,
organisation, or travel brand.
•
Post false reviews or
testimonials about travel packages,
destinations, or service providers featured on our Platform.
•
Use our Platform to send
spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
MyTravelRoute
reserves the right to take appropriate legal and technical action against
violators, including account termination, IP blocking, and referral to law
enforcement authorities.
MyTravelRoute
is an affiliate travel platform. The vast majority of our booking links
redirect users to third-party travel partner websites. We may also link to
external travel news, guides, blogs, and other resources.
When you click
a link on MyTravelRoute and leave our Platform:

You are subject to that
third-party website's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
•
MyTravelRoute has no
control over the content, pricing,
availability, data practices, booking policies, or security of any third-party
website.

We are not responsible for any personal data you provide to a third-party
website, any booking you make, or any payment you complete on that website.

We do not warrant,
endorse, or guarantee any product,
service, price, or availability offered by any third-party travel partner.

All booking disputes,
cancellations, and refund requests must
be resolved directly with the travel partner. MyTravelRoute has no involvement
in and no liability for any such booking, transaction, or dispute.

The presence of a link on MyTravelRoute does not constitute an endorsement of
the linked website, its content, or its privacy practices.
We strongly
encourage you to read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of every
travel partner's website before making a booking or entering payment

MyTravelRoute
uses Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact
with our Platform. By using MyTravelRoute, you acknowledge that:

guarantee the Platform will be available at all times. You agree that we have
no liability for any loss, inconvenience, or missed booking opportunity caused
by any inability to access our Platform during any downtime or interruption.
There may be
information on MyTravelRoute that contains typographical errors, price
inaccuracies, outdated availability information, incorrect descriptions, or
other omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or
omissions and to update or remove information at any time, without prior
notice.
If you notice
an error on our Platform — such as an incorrect price, a broken link, or an
outdated package description — we encourage you to report it to us at

BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, MYTRAVELROUTE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO: (1) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A

RELIABILITY OF ANY PACKAGE LISTING, PRICE, AVAILABILITY, TRAVEL INFORMATION, OR
BLOG CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM; (4) WARRANTIES THAT ANY TRAVEL PRICE, PACKAGE, OR
AVAILABILITY DISPLAYED ON THE PLATFORM WILL BE HONOURED BY THE TRAVEL PARTNER
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
MYTRAVELROUTE DOES NOT WARRANT OR
ENDORSE ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR TRAVEL PACKAGE OFFERED BY ANY THIRD-PARTY
TRAVEL PARTNER LINKED FROM OUR PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE INDIAN AND INTERNATIONAL LAW, MYTRAVELROUTE, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY
THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
(1) LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, SAVINGS,
DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; (2) ANY PRICE DISCREPANCY BETWEEN WHAT IS
DISPLAYED ON MYTRAVELROUTE AND THE ACTUAL PRICE CHARGED BY THE TRAVEL PARTNER;
(3) ANY BOOKING FAILURE, CANCELLATION, REFUND DISPUTE, OR TRAVEL DISRUPTION
ARISING FROM A BOOKING MADE THROUGH AN AFFILIATE LINK ON OUR PLATFORM; (4) ANY
ACTIONS, CONTENT, DATA PRACTICES, OR TRANSACTIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL
PARTNER WEBSITE LINKED FROM OUR PLATFORM; (5) ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN
IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT, PRICES, OR AVAILABILITY INFORMATION FOUND ON
MYTRAVELROUTE; (6) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR PERSONAL DATA;
(7) ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR DISCONTINUANCE OF THE PLATFORM.
EVEN IF MYTRAVELROUTE HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR
ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 (INDIAN RUPEES ONE THOUSAND) OR
THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MYTRAVELROUTE (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE
CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
Certain Indian
laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 do not allow the exclusion of
certain warranties or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to
you, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply, and you
may have additional rights.
You agree to
defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyTravelRoute and its owners, directors,
employees, partners, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all
claims, damages, obligations, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable
legal fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of or access to
MyTravelRoute or any content, package
listing, or affiliate link on our Platform.
•
Your violation of any
provision of these Terms or applicable
Indian or international law.
•
Your misuse of our
affiliate links including fraudulent
clicks, bot traffic, or affiliate fraud of any kind.

Any false or misleading
representation made by you in connection
with your use of MyTravelRoute.
•
Your violation of any
third-party rights, including
intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
We reserve the
right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any
matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate
with our defence of such claims.
We will
maintain certain data that you provide through the Platform — including account
registration details and contact form submissions — for the purpose of managing
your account and providing our Services.
Although we
take reasonable steps to protect your data, you are solely responsible for all
data you transmit through the Platform. You agree that MyTravelRoute shall have
no liability for any loss or corruption of your account data, to the fullest
extent permitted by applicable Indian law.

data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy,
available at https://www.mytravelroute.com/privacy-policy. We encourage you to
read our Privacy Policy to understand your rights and our obligations.
Visiting
MyTravelRoute, registering for an account, using our search tools, clicking
affiliate links, or submitting a contact form constitutes electronic
communication. You consent to receive electronic communications from us —
including account notifications, security alerts, and direct responses to your
enquiries — delivered by email or posted on our Platform.
You agree that
all such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such
communication be in writing, consistent with the Information Technology Act,
2000 and related rules, which recognise the validity of electronic contracts
and records in India.

any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or
your use of MyTravelRoute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the
matter amicably through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days before
initiating formal legal proceedings. You may initiate this process by
contacting us at info@mytravelroute.com with a written description of your
dispute.
If a dispute is
not resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, it shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in India. The
language of all proceedings shall be English.
Any dispute
resolution shall be limited to the dispute between you and MyTravelRoute
individually. You agree that: (a) no dispute shall be joined with any other
proceeding involving any other party; and (b) there is no right or authority
for any dispute to be decided on a class-action or representative basis.
Nothing in
these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under the
Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection
legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Your statutory
rights remain fully intact.
In compliance
with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines
and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, MyTravelRoute has designated the
following Grievance Officer:

complaints regarding content violations, account issues, data privacy concerns,
or any alleged violation of these Terms to the Grievance Officer using the

If you are
unsatisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you may escalate to the Data
Protection Board of India (once fully operational under the DPDP Act, 2023) or
any other competent regulatory authority under applicable law.
These Terms,
together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or notices
published on MyTravelRoute, constitute the entire agreement between you and
MyTravelRoute regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior
agreements and understandings on this subject.
If any
provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable
under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent
necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to
enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of
that right or provision. Any waiver must be expressly made in writing by an
authorised representative of MyTravelRoute to be effective.
You may not
assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our
prior written consent. MyTravelRoute may freely assign these Terms in
connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets,
without your consent. We will notify you of any such assignment.
MyTravelRoute
shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under
these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our
reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, government
orders, internet or power outages, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
Nothing in
these Terms creates or implies any joint venture, partnership, agency,
employment, or franchise relationship between you and MyTravelRoute.
These Terms are
written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English
version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
We may update
these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version at
https://www.mytravelroute.com/terms-and-conditions and update the "Last
Updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by
email or through a prominent notice on our Platform. Your continued use of
MyTravelRoute after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised
Terms.
