Welcome to MyTravelRoute ("we," "us," or "our"). MyTravelRoute is a free online travel platform operated at https://www.mytravelroute.com/. We help travellers across India and worldwide discover and compare travel packages, transportation options (flights, buses, and trains), and hotel accommodations through curated affiliate links to our trusted travel partner websites.

MyTravelRoute is a free travel discovery and affiliate platform based in India. We help users explore, compare, and access the best travel deals across every major travel need — all in one place.
Our Platform offers the following Services:
• Holiday Packages — curated domestic and international travel packages including beach escapes, heritage tours, Himalayan adventures, honeymoon packages, wildlife tours, cultural trips, and family holidays.
• Flight Search — one-way, round-trip, and multi-city flight search with links to partner booking platforms.
• Hotel Search — hotel discovery and deal listings with affiliate links to partner booking sites.
• Bus Booking — inter-city and inter-state bus route search with links to partner bus ticketing platforms.
• Train Tickets — train route search across Indian Railways with links to authorised booking partners.
• Travel Blog — destination guides, travel inspiration, tips, and how-to articles.

⚠ Important: MyTravelRoute is a travel affiliate platform. We do NOT directly process travel bookings or accept payments. When you click a travel deal, package link, or booking button on our Platform, you are redirected to the travel partner's website where the booking and payment are completed under the partner's terms and privacy policy. MyTravelRoute earns a referral commission when a qualifying booking is completed through our affiliate links.
When you create a MyTravelRoute account, we collect:
• Full Name — your first and last name, used to personalise your account experience.

• Phone Number — used for account verification and support communications.
• Password — stored using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing. We never store plain-text passwords and cannot read your password.

MyTravelRoute operates as an affiliate marketing platform. When you click a deal link or booking button on our Platform:
• You are redirected to our travel partner's website (for example, a flight booking platform, hotel aggregator, or package operator).
• A tracking cookie or affiliate parameter is set to record that you came from MyTravelRoute.
• If you complete a booking on the partner's website, MyTravelRoute may earn a referral commission from that partner.
• The partner's website processes your booking, collects your travel details, and handles your payment entirely under their own terms of service and privacy policy.
Using MyTravelRoute's affiliate links costs you nothing extra. The price you pay on the partner's website is exactly the same whether you arrived through MyTravelRoute or directly. Our commission is paid by the travel partner from their own revenue.
MyTravelRoute works with affiliate programmes across the travel industry. Our partners may include (but are not limited to):
• Flight booking platforms — domestic and international airline booking sites.
• Hotel and accommodation platforms — major hotel aggregators and direct hotel booking sites.
• Bus ticketing platforms — inter-city bus operators and booking aggregators.
• Train booking platforms — IRCTC-authorised ticketing agents and railway booking platforms.

⚠ MyTravelRoute does NOT process, handle, or store your booking details, passenger information, or payment data. All booking transactions are completed entirely on the travel partner's website. Any booking disputes, cancellations, or refund requests must be directed to the travel partner with whom you made the booking.
The only data related to your click-through that MyTravelRoute may receive from our affiliate partners is aggregated or anonymised reporting data — for example, the number of clicks from our Platform and whether a booking was completed. We do not receive your personal booking details, passenger information, or payment data from affiliate partners.
Our affiliate commission relationships do not determine which deals, packages, or partners we feature on our Platform. We present travel options based on their relevance and value to our users.
• Essential / Session Cookies — required for core Platform functionality including keeping you logged into your account and remembering your current search criteria. These cannot be disabled without affecting your use of the Platform.
• Analytics / Performance Cookies — used by Google Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregated data about how visitors navigate our Platform. See Section 7 for full details.
• Functionality Cookies — remember your preferences such as preferred currency, language settings, and previously viewed destinations.

• User behaviour (which search filters you use, which categories you browse, and which affiliate links you click).
We use Google Analytics data to understand which destinations and packages are most popular, how users navigate our search tools, and where we can improve our Platform. We do not use Google Analytics to personally identify individual visitors.
Google processes analytics data on our behalf under its own Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at info@mytravelroute.com.
You can update your account details (name, email, phone number, and password) at any time by logging into your account settings.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@mytravelroute.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
MyTravelRoute reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion and without prior notice if a user has violated our Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused our affiliate links.
MyTravelRoute does not currently operate an active newsletter or send bulk marketing emails to users.
If and when we introduce a newsletter in the future, we commit to:
• Explicit Opt-In Only — sending emails only to users who have actively opted in with clear, informed consent.

MyTravelRoute does not currently offer social media login (e.g., "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Facebook"). If this feature is introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
When you click a deal link on MyTravelRoute, our affiliate tracking technology shares limited technical data — such as a click identifier and timestamp — with the relevant affiliate network for commission tracking only. We do not share your personal account details (name, email, phone) with affiliate partners.
Anonymised, aggregated usage data is shared with Google LLC for analytics purposes. See Section 7. This data cannot personally identify individual users.
We use trusted third-party providers for web hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, and Platform security. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the agreed purpose and to maintain appropriate data security standards.
We may disclose your information if required by Indian law, a court order, a regulatory authority, or a government directive, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or MyTravelRoute.
If MyTravelRoute undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred to the new entity. We will notify you before any such transfer takes effect and your rights under this Policy will continue to apply.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials and use a strong, unique password. MyTravelRoute is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from compromised credentials.
NO METHOD OF INTERNET TRANSMISSION OR ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. WHILE WE IMPLEMENT COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE SECURITY MEASURES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
MyTravelRoute's Platform and Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a user under 18, we will immediately deactivate the account and delete the data. MyTravelRoute is an affiliate travel platform. The vast majority of our booking links redirect you to third-party travel partner websites. We may also link to external travel guides, blogs, and resources.
When you click a link on MyTravelRoute and leave our Platform:

MyTravelRoute is based in India and primarily serves Indian users. However, our Platform is accessible globally and our affiliate partners operate in many countries.
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than India in the following circumstances:
